Beks & Blends at the Uppercut Deluxe PopUP Barbershop Event

Last Saturday, City Center one West in Zagreb became the hub of urban barber culture. The Uppercut Deluxe PopUP Barbershop event brought together fans of modern grooming, and Beks & Blends was one of eight selected shops cutting hair live in front of the audience.

Live barbershop concept

The entire event was designed as an open walk-in concept with no appointments needed. Visitors could just show up, sit in the chair and get a free haircut from top barbers. The focus was on fade techniques and modern styles, with the vibe of a real barbershop right in the middle of a shopping centre.

Eight barbershops took part in the event, and we're proud to have been among them.

Celebrity guests

Among the visitors were Filip Brkić, Marko Lasić Nered and Matej Batinić, adding extra energy to the event.

Uppercut Deluxe

Uppercut Deluxe is an Australian brand inspired by the classic barber style of the 1950s, adapted for the modern man. During the event, visitors could try and buy their styling and grooming products at promotional prices.

Thanks to the Uppercut Deluxe crew for putting it together and to everyone who came out. Events like these show just how alive and growing the barber culture in Croatia really is.
